43 compounds with dosing, reconstitution, side effects and contraindications. Each one carries an evidence grade, because the difference between a drug with three phase 3 trials and a powder with none is the most important thing on the page.

Read this before you read anything else

3 of these 43 compounds have essentially no human data at all — not a weak trial, not a small trial, none: Dihexa, P21, SLU-PP-332. Their doses describe what unregulated users report taking. Nothing about them has been established in a person.

How to read the evidence grade

  • No human dataNo human trial has ever been published for this compound. The dose, the frequency and the cycle length on this page describe what unregulated users report doing. They are not findings.
  • Animal data onlyThe evidence is animal and cell-culture work. There are no controlled human dosing trials, so every number below is convention rather than a result.
  • Limited human dataHuman evidence exists but is small, old, narrow, or from a single group. It is not the kind of evidence that anchors a dose.
  • Controlled trialsRandomized human trials have been run. A trial existing is not the same as a trial succeeding — read the qualifier and the note below before you treat this as settled.
  • Large trials + labelBacked by large randomized trials and a regulator-approved label. This is the strongest grade in the library, and it still only covers the approved indication.

Grades are assigned by reading each compound’s evidence note in full, and they grade the human record only. Regulatory approval is shown separately on each monograph, because the two come apart: oxytocin is an approved medicine with no controlled data for the way it is used here, and AOD-9604 has a completed trial that failed.
